Rails API browser: Noobkit
While learning rails, I have been referring to the Rails Framework Docs pretty often, but it’s not the most user friendly (especially not for beginners). Finding a decent alternative proved hard, then I stumbled(while searching for has_many options) onto Noobkit.

Essential Rails: RubyOnRails Training

This past weekend (September 21st-22nd) I attended Essential Rails, held by Softies on Rails in the windy city of Chicago. I have been following RubyOnRails for a while now, but have never come into contact with people who use it or trying to learn it, so it was great to just get together and learn more from the gurus Brian Eng and Jeff Cohen.
